Frederik de Clerck is staff member at the gastroenterology department in the AZ Sint Lucas hospital Gent since 2016. One of his main fields of interest is neurogastroenterology. In this context he is a consultant physician at the UZ Leuven university hospital neurogastroenterology department since 2017. He is principal investigator in several clinical trials and president of the young VVGE and active board member of the recently founded BSNM.
